<p>Take the case of a guy who lent his cell phone to a friend. This friend used this cell phone to make some hurtful and threatening comments to a woman. <p>You can also get in trouble when you act as a &#8220;carrier&#8221; for friends.  In one case, an overseas worker was jailed when it was found that the mail she was carrying for her friends contained prohibited items.</p>
<p>It is disheartening to know that one need to think with caution before doing a good deed, but in our current society and specially if you are outside your own country, it is best to think safe than sorry.</p>
